Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 lb ground beef - (to 2 lbs)
1 x green bell pepper chopped
1 med onion chopped
3 x celery ribs chopped
2 x carrots shredded, or
finely diced
3 med garlic cloves
1 can black beans - (16 oz) drained, rinsed
1 can corn - (16 oz) drained
1 can diced tomatoes - (16 oz) undrained
1/4 cup chopped green pimiento-stuffed olives
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 dsh hot pepper sauce - (to 3 dashes)
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown the ground beef; place in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients; mix to combine. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours (or high for 4 to 5). Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
