Instructions: Heat broiler. In a bowl, combine salmon, lemon juice, minced onion, dill and sherry. Handling as little as possible to avoid compacting it, mix well. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and form into round patties to fit bagels.
Spray broiler rack with non-stick cooking spray. Place patties on rack. Broil until salmon is browned on top, about 4 minutes. With a wide spatula, turn over and cook until salmon is opaque in center when you cut into it, 6-8 minutes longer. During last minutes of cooking, place bagels, cut side up, on rack and toast lightly. Spread cream cheese on bagels, top with a salmon burger and garnish with dill sprigs. Email this Recipe:
