Instructions: Heat broiler. In a small bowl, combine honey, ketchup, vinegar, horseradish, garlic and red pepper flakes until well-blended. Set aside 1/4 cup sauce. In separate bowl, mix together salmon, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper and egg whites. Blend in 1/4 cup of reserved sauce. Divide mixture into 4 patties ( 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch thick). Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray and baste with remaining sauce. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 3 minutes. Turn and baste; broil 3 to 4 more minutes or until cooked through. Discard any remaining sauce. Place on buns and serve.
