Instructions: In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the first four ingredients. Stir in the buttermilk, cream cheese, and egg. Gently fold in the corn, chives, peperoncinis, and salmon and form the mixture into 3-inch cakes.
In a large skillet, melt the butter and fry the cakes on medium heat until golden brown. Top each serving with 1 poached egg and cover with the Creamy Dill Sauce. Serve immediately.
