Instructions: For the fritters mix the egg and flour with enough milk to make a thick batter:
Add the remaining ingredients and a squeeze of lemon juice salt and pepper. Place teaspoons of the mixture in a deepfat fryer of hot oil until golden brown then drain and keep warm. Place the salmon on serving plates season with sea salt cracked pepper olive oil and lemon juice. Place a fritter on each plate. Drizzle over a little chilli oil and some chopped chives.
