Instructions: Mash salmon with fork. Add egg whites, crushed cereal, onion and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly; form 4 patties. Heat oil over medium heat in a nonstick skillet. Add patties and cook 6-8 minutes or until brown; turn and cook 4-6 minutes or until brown.
