Instructions: Soak the fish in cold water overnight about 12 hours.
Wipe it dry and cut in pieces. Peel and slice the potatoes. Put the potatoes and salmon in layers in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with dill and a little pepper between the layers. The first and last layer shouid be potatoes. Beat together the eggs and milk pour into the baking dish. Bake in a 175 degrees oven for about 1 hour. Serve with melted butter. Email this Recipe:
