Instructions: Line a 20cm flan tin with the pastry and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
Heat the butter in a small saucepan. Add the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes. Cook, then spread the onion over the pastry. Top with the salmon. Combine the eggs, sauce mix and milk in a bowl and whisk until well blended. Pour the mixture over the salmon. Bake in a preheated oven, 200 C, for 30-35 minutes or until the flan is golden brown and firm. Email this Recipe:
