Instructions: Preheat oven to 190C/375F/Gas Mark 5.
Place salmon on foil on a baking sheet sprinkle with lemon juice dill and pepper wrap loosely and bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool. Make the dressing: mix ingredients and season. Skin salmon and flake flesh over the watercress cucumber spring onions and dill in a shallow serving bowl. Toss lightly and drizzle over the dressing. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
