Instructions: In a bowl whisk together the sugar, the soy sauce, the vinegar, and salt to taste, add the oils in a stream, whisking, and whisk the vinaigrette until it is emulsified. Stir in the sesame seeds.
Place salmon in a foil-lined pan and spoon a little of the vinaigrette over the fish. Bake in a preheated 450-degree oven 12 minutes per inch of thickness, or until cooked through. Place salad greens on 4 plates. Spoon vinaigrette over each serving of fish and greens. There may be some vinaigrette left over. Serves 4. Email this Recipe:
