Ingredients:

1 tbl White wine vinegar
2 x Oranges, juiced
2 x Limes, juiced
4 x Cloves garlic, sliced
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine vinegar, orange and lime juices and garlic in mixing bowl. Whisk in the olive oil, cilantro and salt and pepper. Place salmon steaks in shallow non-reactive container and pour the vinaigrette over the salmon; marinate for 60 minutes, turning once. Preheat broiler and broil steaks until cooked through, approximately 5 minutes per side. Serve with 1 tablespoon of vinaigrette drizzled over each steak.
