TO ACCOMPANY THE SALSA ----------------
1 x 680 gram pac frozen salmon steaks, defrosted
----------------- FOR THE SALSA ----------------
250 gm Tomatoes, skinned, deseeded and chopped (8oz)
1 x Green pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
2 x Spring onions, finely sliced
2 x Cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 x Chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
1 tbl Freshly chopped coriander
1 tbl Olive oil
1/2 tsp Sea salt
----------------- TO SERVE ----------------
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook the salmon as per pack cooking instructions.

Prepare the salsa by combining all the ingredients together until incorporated

Serve immediately with salmon and grilled polenta slices.

NOTES : A fresh tasting salsa to serve alongside salmon with either grilled polenta or potatoes.
