4 x salmon steaks (approx. 6 oz. each), 1" thick, skinned
and boned
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 tsp capers, drained
1 tbl stone-ground mustard
1/2 tsp crushed chipotle chile
1 x green onion, both white and
Instructions:
Instructions: Arrange the salmon steaks on a broiler pan. Put the remaining ingredients in a food processor fitted with a steel blade and blend until smooth.

Spread the mixture on the salmon steaks and broil about 4 inches from the heat for approximately 6 minutes on each side or until done.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: This is terrific served with a wilted or steamed green such as spinach.
