6 x Italian grissini sticks
12 sm slices smoked salmon
12 x long chives
----------------- Caviar Dip: ----------------
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Sticks should be prepared only half an hour before serving or they will soften. Dip can be prepared a few hours before required, keep (covered) in refrigerator.

Cut grissini sticks in halves. Wrap the salmon around each stick and tie with a chive. Serve with caviar dip

Caviar Dip: Combine ingredients and chill
