Instructions: 1. Put the onion, garlic, celery pepper, rice, stock and wine in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring. Simmer uncovered for 25 - 30 minutes, until almost all the liquid has been absorbed, stirring occasionally.
2. Stir the salmon and beans into the rice mixture. Cook gently for another 5 to 10 minutes, until the pilaf is piping hot. 3. Meanwhile, cook the broccoli florets in boiling water for about 5 minutes, until tender. Drain thoroughly and keep warm. 4. Fold the broccoli into the pilaf, then stir in the parsley and soy sauce and season to taste. Garnish with flaked almonds and serve immediately.
