1/2 lb Fresh Salmon, diced
1/2 lb Fresh Cod, diced
10 sht filo pastry
3 tbl Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lrg Hand fresh basil, chopped
1 pch tumeric
1 pch curry powder
Instructions:
Instructions: 1 Combine all the ingredients with the diced fish. Divide the mixture between the sheets of pastry.

2 Fold each filo sheet in half diagonally and then into quarters to form a samosa shaped parcel. Bake in a very hot 200c oven until crisp for 3-4 minutes. Brush with a little olive oil.
