Instructions: Dissolve gelatine in boiling water.
Place the first 6 ingredients in a food processor and blend 30 seconds until smooth. Season well and add dissolved gelatine. Process 10 seconds more. Pour into 6 individual moulds and refrigerate 2-3 hours until set. Turn out of moulds, decorate with dill and serve with cucumber salad and sour cream dressing. Email this Recipe:
