Ingredients:

2 lb Fresh salmon steaks or fillets
1/2 cup Light miso
1 tbl Sugar
1 pch Msg (optional)
3 x Scallions, chopped
1 tbl Soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Place the steaks in a bowl large enough for marinating. In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Marinate the steaks in this mixture for about 2 hours at room temperature, or in the refrigerator overnight. Grill or broil until done to your own taste.
