Instructions: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the remaining ingredients except the salmon; stir well.
Add the salmon to the skillet and reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer, uncovered, for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork, turning halfway through the cooking.
