2 tbl butter
3/4 cup half-and-half
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tbl lemon juice
1 tbl chopped fresh dill weed
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the remaining ingredients except the salmon; stir well.

Add the salmon to the skillet and reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer, uncovered, for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork, turning halfway through the cooking.

Place the salmon on a serving platter and serve topped with the sauce.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
