Instructions: Place the beef and onions in a salad bowl, preferably glass. In a separate bowl, mix the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the meat and onions and toss lightly. Place the meat on a bed of lettuce leaves, arrange tomato wedges around the edge of the plate, sprinkle the sliced olives on top of the meat and serve.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Great served with warm, soft corn or flour tortillas and very cold Mexican beer such as Tecate or Corona. Email this Recipe:
