2 pkt Instant yeast
1/2 cup Warm water
3 tbl Butter melted
3 x Egg yolks
2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 cup All-purpose flour
1 cup Milk - (to 1 1/2 cups)
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
Instructions: In a medium bowl, whisk the yeast and water together. Add the butter and eggs. Whisk well. Add the flour, sugar and salt. Whisk well. Add the milk, a little at a time until the mixture resembles a batter. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and allow the dough to rest for 1 hour.

Preheat the oil to 360 degrees. Using a spoon, drop the batter into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Place the fried sweet dough in a paper bag and add powdered sugar. Shake the bag a couple of times and serve warm.
