Amount Ingredient
4 med Ripe tomatoes cored, seeded, and finely diced
1/4 x Red onion minced
2 x Stemmed jalapeno chiles seeded, if desired, and minced
1 bn Cilantro, leaves only chopped
2 tbl Lime juice
3/4 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir and toss well, and serve. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator no more than a day.

This recipe yields about 1 1/2 cups of salsa.
