1/2 cup Minced onion
1/2 cup Minced celery
1/4 cup Minced green pepper
1/4 cup Olive oil
3 tbl Chopped green chiles ( heat to taste)
1 tsp Mustard seed
1 tsp Ground coriander
1 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine ingredients, cover and chill for several hours. Serve as a dip for tortilla chips or as a sauce for other dishes.
