1 cup	Chopped jalapenos, seeds and all
1/2 cup	Chopped onion
1 tsp	Crushed garlic
1 tsp	Salt
1 tbl	Vinegar

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients and store in quart jar in refrigerator. Will keep for a week. Good on everything: potatoes, meat, cheese, beans -you name it!
