Instructions: Soften cheese and then stir in salsa and cilantro, blending well. Spread about 1/4 cup filling over each tortilla. Top with a slice of smoked turkey and roll up fairly tightly. Wrap each tortilla roll separately in plastic wrap and place, seam side down, in the freezer for about 5 minutes, until firm enough to slice. Cut into 1" slices and arrange the pinwheels on a platter.
