14 cup peeled and chopped tomatoes
2 cup chopped onion
10 x chopped jalapeno peppers
3/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped red bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped yellow bell peppers
2 cup vinegar
2 tsp oregano
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp cumin
Instructions:
Instructions: Prepare tomatoes, onion and peppers. Combine with vinegar, oregano, sugar, salt, garlic salt, cumin and tomato paste in an extra large pot. Bring to a boil, uncovered. Cover and let simmer until it thickens. Can be eaten fresh, kept in refrigerator, or can be canned.
