1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro Leaves
2 med Tomatoes, Chopped
1 sm Serrano or Jalapeno Pepper Peeled, Seeded and Minced
1/4 cup Chopped Onion
1 x Minced Garlic Clove
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips or Mexican foods. Great in guacamole.

Makes approximately 1 cup.
