Instructions: Bring water, sugar, and instant coffee to a boil. turn down heat to a slow boil for 1 hour. This will turn into syrup. Let it cool for 1 to 2 hours.

Add the vodka and vanilla after the mixture has cooled. Pour into bottle and serve.
