Instructions: In a large saucepan, saute onion, bell pepper and garlic in vegetable oil until soft. Stir in tomatoes, wine, clam juice, Italian herbs and bay leaf.
Immediately cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Add white fish, shrimp and scallops and cook 2 minutes or until fish appears done. Immediately add crab and simmer 1 to 2 minutes until the crab is thoroughly heated. Stir in soy sauce and parsley and serve immediately. Serves 6. Email this Recipe:
