Instructions: Shift flour, baking powder, salt, & sugar. Add shortening and milk. Work with hands on floured board until smooth. Roll and cut into 12 rolls. Bake for 10 -12 minutes at 400-425F.
For you non-Texans, San Jacinto is just outside of Houston. It is the place of the final battle for Texas Independence.
