Instructions: Pound chicken breasts. Dip each chicken breast in egg, then coat with seasoned bread crumbs. Roll ham and cheese inside the breast. Place chicken breasts in a glass pan and drizzle with melted butter. Cover pan and bake in preheated 350-degree oven for about 45 minutes. Uncover pan and bake 5 to 10 minutes, until golden brown. Serve with plain white rice and broccoli, if you like.
