Instructions: Mix first three ingredients thoroughly until texture becomes grainier.
Transfer and spread mixture into an 8 inch-square baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool and then place in freezer for about 1 hour. Remove from freezer. Cut into small, square pieces and garnish with clean rose petals, pistachio powder and raisins. In Rajasthan, this sweet is sometimes served with crushed ice.
