Instructions: Cream 1 cup butter and 1/4 cup confectioners= sugar; add vanilla extract and water. Add flour; mix well and add chopped pecan meats. Form small rolls, 1 1/2 inches long.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in slow oven at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until delicately browned. While hot, roll in confectioners sugar.

Yield: 3 dozen.
