Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Crush potato chips and put them in a plastic bag. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towel. Baste with melted butter. Coat chicken with potato chips by placing in the plastic bag and shaking. Sprinkle with BBQ seasoning and bake for 45 minutes (with bone) or 15 minutes (boneless).
