Instructions: Grind the vegetables fine. Let stand for 1 hour, then drain. Boil vegetables, sugar, salt and vinegar for 15 minutes. Add water to flour to make a thick paste. Add mustard, turmeric, and celery seed. Put this mixture in the vegetable mixture and boil a little longer. Put in jars and seal hot.
