Peanut Oil
500 gm Pork Mince
1 can water chestnuts
Green onions/eschallots, (chopped)
Carrots, (grated)
Asian BBQ sauce, (look in the Asian section of the Supermarket)
8 x Iceberg lettuce cups
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat wok with oil, cook off the pork mince for about five to six minutes.

Add water chestnuts, green onions, carrots and cook for 1 minute. Toss in Asian BBQ sauce, mix it through for about 30 seconds.

Serve mixture in individual lettuce cups, prepare and roll at the table.
