Place first 6 ingredients in a blender and chop until cilantro is finely |

chopped. Add oil while blender is running. Set dressing aside. |

Romaine lettuce, shredded |
| 1/2 head |
iceberg lettuce, shredded |

ears of corn, cooked and cut off cob or 1 Cup frozen corn, defrosted |

(15 1/2 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed |
| 1/2 cup |
shredded carrot |
| 2 x |
green onions sliced |
| 1/2 cup |
diced tomato or grape tomatoes left whole |
| 2 cup |
shredded Jack cheese |
Instructions:
Instructions: Corn chips or wonton wrappers, shredded and fried till crisp
Mix first nine ingredients in salad bowl. Add dressing and mix well.
Garnish with broken corn chips.
