1 cup Yellow corn meal
1 cup All purpose flour
1 tbl Baking powder
2 tbl Sugar
1 tsp McCormick Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp McCormick Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp McCormick Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Canned chopped green chilies
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Butter, melted
1 x Egg
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch pan.

2. Combine first 8 ingredients; add chilies. Stir in milk, butter and egg.

3. Pour into pan; sprinkle with Chili Powder. Bake for 20 min.

Serves 9.
