3/4 lb Velveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread
2 tbl milk
1 can whole kernel corn - (8 3/4 oz) drained
1 can kidney - (8 oz) drained
2 cup mostaccioli noodles - (8 oz) cooked, drained
1 can chopped green chilies - (4 oz) drained
1/2 tsp chili powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Cube 1/2 pound Velveeta. Combine with milk in saucepan. Stir over low heat until Velveeta is melted. Add corn, beans, noodles, chilies and chili powder. Mix lightly. Spoon mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with chips and remaining Velveeta, sliced. Continue baking until Velveeta begins to melt.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
