6 oz lean pork, cut into thin strips
2 tsp vegetable oil
4 cup water
1 med tomato, chopped
1 x 14-1/2 oz. can golden hominy with liquid
1 x 4 oz. can whole roasted chillies, cut
2 pkt Maruchan Ramen Beef Flavor

2 x corn tortillas, cut into strips and baked until crisp
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown pork in hot oil in large saucepan. Add remaining ingredients except garnish. Cook 3 minutes. Garnish with tortilla strips and green onions; serve immediately.
