Instructions: In mixing bowl, cream together oleo and sugar, blend in milk and vanilla.
Stir in flour. Add cherries. Form into 2 rolls each about 2 inches in diameter and 8 inches long. Roll in coconut and wrap and chill several hours. Slice 1/4" thick and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in 375 degree oven for 12 minutes or until edges are golden. Makes about 5 dozen cookies. Email this Recipe:
