2 x red bell peppers thinly julienned
2 x yellow bell pepper thinly julienned (cut the following 5 items oriental style 1/4" cut on an angle)
1 head broccoli
2 lrg carrots
1/2 lb fresh sugar snap peas
3/4 lb fresh shiitake mushrooms
1 x 15 oz can baby corn drained well
----------------- ADDITIONS: ----------------
1 x 5 oz can sliced waterchestnuts drained well
1/4 lb fresh bean sprouts
1/2 bn green onion thinly sliced
1/2 head napa cabbage chiffonade
Instructions:
Instructions: Toss the veggies with dressing. Allow to sit for 1/2 hour or more so the flavors meld. Serve cold or at room temperature.

With the dressing: 387 cals, 17% cff, 8g fat, 8g fiber
