Instructions: In a large bowl, tear Angel Food Cake into bits and bites; Mix all other items: pudding, sour cream, pie filling, into the pieces of Angel food cake, and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

This may be used with just about any kind of pie filling you desire.... simply change the name to fit - unless of course you like to answer a lot of questions about why its called Cherry Delight and its filled w/apples or some such!
