Amount	Ingredient
1/2 lb	ripe tomatoes peeled and chopped
3 med	onions chopped
1/4 cup	white vinegar
1 tsp	dried crushed chilies (crushed red pepper)
1/2 tsp	table salt
1/4 tsp	pepper
2 can	chopped green chilies (4 oz. ea.)
1 tsp	granulated sugar

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in large pot. Bring to a boil on medium-high heat, stirring often. Boil gently until thickened. This will take about 1 1/2 hours. Pour into hot sterilized jars to within 1/4 inch of top. Seal. This may also be frozen in whatever size container you wish.

Yield: 3 pints
