Instructions: Thread the meet onto 12-inch bamboo skewers, placing several strips on each of the 16 skewers. Combine the garlic, onion, cilantro, brown sugar, lime juice, nampla, and vegetable oil in a bowl. Pour over the skewers and marinate for 1 hour. Heat barbecue coals until hot, or preheat a broiler.
Place the skewers on the grill or broiler rack and cook until done as desired. Serve the satays with peanut butter sauce. Makes 10-12 skewers. 9 Email this Recipe:
