Instructions: Slice onions and spring onions.
Cut meat into thin slices and pound out to flatten slightly. Combine with marinade ingredients and leave to stand 20 minutes. Combine all ingredients for sauce in a pan, bring to the boil and simmer until sauce thickens. Stir occasionally. Heat oil in a wok or pan and saute beef pieces quickly until brown on both sides. Only do a bit at a time over high heat. Remove from pan and set aside. Add onions to wok with some more oil if necessary, saute gently 3 minutes, add garlic and curry, stir through. Add sauce and bring to the boil. Toss through beef and spring onions and heat 1 minute. Serve with rice. Email this Recipe:
