1 tbl Butter
1 x Shallot -- chopped fine
1 cup Fresh mushrooms -- sliced
1/2 cup Dry red wine
Instructions:
Instructions: Place butter, shallots, and mushrooms in a saucepan. Cook slowly until all liquid from mushrooms disappears. Add wine and continue to simmer until wine is reduced by half. Stir in hot brown sauce and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
