Instructions: Dice onion and tomato.
Slice mushrooms. Heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion until soft. Add the garlic, mushrooms, tomato paste and pour in the wine and brandy. Stir until mushrooms soften. Add gravy mix and tomatoes. Simmer gently for 10 minutes. Finish with chopped tarragon and season. Seve with grilled/roast chicken, beef, lamb or veal. Email this Recipe:
