1 x bay leaf, whole
1 pch of paprika and cayenne each
1/2 cup fresh diced tomatoes
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook the veggies in the butter until tender but not brown. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for about 15-18 minutes. Remove the bay leaf and serve over fresh fish or a bowl (1 1/2 pounds cooked) of steamed shrimp or crawfish tails.
