Instructions: 1. Rub 8 or 9 inch square pan with some margarine. 2. Melt margarine in pan, remove from heat, 3 Add sugar, water and blend. 4. Stir in flour, baking powder, egg, vanilla and beat well. 5. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
